How 3G technology use in Wireless technology

3G Technology
3G is stands for third generation wireless technology which using    in telephone technologies today's. Benefit of this technology is higher data speed  such  audio, video streaming & video conference are better from previous 2G technology.  It also support IPTV(internet TV). There are different between 3G compare to 2.5G / 2G / EDGE(refers to a service enhancement on the 2G network that provides higher data rates compared to GPRS (the default on 2G). 3G is a more efficient mobile network because it allows simultaneous use of voice and data services in the current use. Data rates which 3G provides is  higher and faster download and  upload. For user like video call 3G is the solution. Other difference user should know.

  GPRS
Refers to a service on the 2G network that give  basic data   rates of between 56-114Kbps (like dial-up speed).

Refers to a standard that permits customers to access the Mobile internet from their phones. this implies browsing websites designed for the mobile phone using a WAP browser. However, WAP is step by step turning into obsolete, as additional advanced phones enter the market. Most new phones nowadays square measure able to access websites you see use on your computer, and you won’t see a distinction.

It can be considered as an upgrade of the 3G network that increases the speed of Internet access. HSPA is capable of achieving a theoretical download speed of 14Mbps (HSDPA), and upload speed of 5.8Mbps (HSUPA).

Refers to the download speed, and HSUPA (High Speed Uplink Packet Access) which refers to the upload speed.  3G require a protocols such
  •     High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA)
  •     Evolution Data Maximized (EVDO)
